About me

I sit at the intersection of people and business. Over the years I’ve partnered with founders, leadership teams and engineers to build organizations where great people want to stay — and do their best work.

My background spans HR business partnering, talent acquisition and conflict mediation, with a soft spot for fast-moving tech and fintech companies. I speak the language of product and engineering teams, and I translate it into people strategies that actually work.
